Hi, My Friend Accidentally Threw A TV Remote At My

Hi, My friend accidentally threw a TV remote at my right collarbone the other day, it feels bruised but there's no bruise, also when i laugh or smile for too long i experience a horrible, sharp, straining pain right along the bone, was wondering if i should be concerned or if it's just from the soreness?
