Hi, My Friend Has Been Sick For About 2 Weeks

Hi, My friend has been sick for about 2 weeks and I have urged him to go to the doctor. Now his breathing is shallow and extremely rapid. His skin is turning yellow and he's spitting up blood that he says seems to be draining from his nose maybe. He's showing bloating in his legs as well.
