Hi. My Friend Was In A Single-car Accident Last Night.

Hi. My friend was in a single-car accident last night. She hit her head against the drivers-side window at the time of impact (impact was on the drivers side). She has no vomiting or dizziness currently. She had a headache this morning, but it has gotten better. She just had a nosebleed (it didn't last long) and hasn't had one in about 25 years. Should this be cause for concern or should she just continue to monitor her symptoms at this point?
