Hi, My Girlfriend And I Tried To Have Sex For

Hi,
My girlfriend and I tried to have sex for the first time two days ago. I only put the Penistone inside for 5 seconds or so (with a condom on of course) an hour after she had a spot of blood on her underwear. Yesterday I fingered her after that she had a spot of blood on her underwear again now today she felt stomach pain and headache. What could this be? Please help
