Hi My Grandad Should Be Taking 1 500g Tablet 3

Hi
My grandad should be taking 1 500g tablet 3 times a day. However for the last dosage of the day he took two at the same time. 2x500g tablets amoxicillin. Should I be concerned? Next dosage isn't till the morning, 12 hrs or so from now.
