Hi! My Grandmother Is 77 And She Is Having Vaginal

Hi! My grandmother is 77 and she is having vaginal bleeding along with stomach pains. She has had 4 kids and she still has her uterus. She has diabetes and neuropathy along with other things. She went to the doctor and he did a ultra sound (wouldn’t do a PAP smear I don’t know why) and he said everything was fine but she’s saying she’s bled through a pad. What is your opinion?
