Hi. My Gynecologist Adviced I Insert 5 Tablets Of Cytotec

Hi. My gynecologist adviced I insert 5 tablets of cytotec in my vagina and 1 tablet under my tongue 3 times at 4 hours interval. I had normal bleeding and I have diarrhea. How will I know if the pregnancy is gone as I have read you can't do a pregnancy test immediately. I am less than 6weeks pregnant.
