Hi,
My heart wakes me up at night daily with hard heart pounding and I wake up feeling startled. My heart rate will fluctuate wildly from 60s to 90s bpm back and forth within a 10 second time frame while sitting and last for a few hours like this. However, when it doesn't fluctuate wildly, my normal heart rate is 60s to 70s. I also have shortness of breath and slight throat and chest tightness. I also feel dizzy sometimes with or without activity. My ECG shows borderline left axis deviation QRS axis (-15,-29) and low voltage throughout frontal <.5mV, precordial <1.0mv). The Rate is 56, PR 140, QRSD 71, QT 436, QTc 421. Axis P is 53, QRS -26, and T is 17. The ECG state borderline. What does all this mean? Do I have heart disease?
