Hi. My Husband Age 42 Ate Some Sushi Last Night,

Hi. My husband age 42 ate some sushi last night, albacore. then we went for ice cream. Shortly when he got home, he was vomiting, and later with diarrhea the same night. Poor guy couldn't sleep, has chills and sweating. He is drinking tea to hydrate. He also has headaches that lasted since last night. He is refusing to see a doctor. What do I do? He has no appetite.
