Hi, My Husband And I Have Been Trying To Conceive

Hi,
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year with no luck so I had an HSG test done on Friday morning around 9:30am. During the test I was in pain and was told that my cervix was extremely sensitive and that the opening to my cervix was extremely small and then later I was told that the opening was actually closed by a piece of tissue that the doctor pushed through in order to get the tube inside. Despite the pain, I decided to keep going and at the end the radiologist told me that everything was normal and looked great. Shortly after we left, the cramping subsided and my husband and I went to some garage sales for fun. At one point he wanted to race me back to the car and we sprinted to win. I felt a little sore but didn't think much of it since I had been feeling ok. About an hour later we stopped and ate lunch. About an hour after eating I began having strange stomach aches and pains that got worse as the night progressed. Standing up straight was very painful so I layed down flat for the rest of the day and night. I felt aching and sharp shooting pains in my upper and lower abdomen, chest and back. I took an antispasmodic and it seemed to help some but I was still in pain. Over the past couple of days the pain seems to have improved but it still feels as though my abdomen is inflamed and tender and last night and today I noticed burning during urination (intermittently). I am still having some spotting of dark blood that looks like tissue at times as well but it's probably less than a 1/2teaspoon for an entire day. I don't have a fever and my blood pressure was 96/51 with a pulse of 80.
I've never been diagnosed with any issues other than small ovarian cysts when I was a young girl (which haven't been a problem for me in years) and cervix iris at 19yrs old when I miscarried at 3-4 weeks. Other than that all of mine and my husband's bloodwork and testing has come back normal so far. The only thing I haven't had done yet is a laparoscopy. Should I be worried that I could have gotten a UTI or other infection from the HSG test? Could sprinting after the test have caused any damage to my cervix, uterus, tubes or anything else in there? I've also been reading that I was supposed to take antibiotics before the test but my doctor never gave me any and how this test can cause endometriosis and Pelvic Inflamatory Disease leading to infertility so I am now terrified. Please help :(
