Hi. My Husband And I Have Been Trying To Get

Hi. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 6 months. I have recently been feeling multiple pregnancy symptoms. I have a 2 year old son. So some are familiar. But I have 2 that are making me worry. My hips hurt when I walk and my actua butt hole hurts. It also hurts just a tiny bit to have sex. Could I be pregnant or something else. I have also took a few tests but are negative.
