Hi My Husband Has RRMS, Is Urine And Bowel Incontinent

My husband has RRMS, is urine and bowel incontinent and very limited in his walking. I just noticed as I was helping him in the bathroom he has an area above his buttocks. Lower back region. Swollen. No secretions or warmth. Not red. Not running a temp. He tells me he doesn't hurt there. He does sit a lot. It wasn't there earlier. Thank you for any help..
