My husband has these growths around his genitals and at first I thought they were boils and 1 of them was a boil but the other 2 I'm not sure they do not come to a pimple and no puss comes out they are hard and uncomfortable he says and its on the crack of the leg and groins meet I'm very concern I hop you can help .
