Hi My Husband Is Been Treated For MDS Also Has

Hi My husband is been treated for MDS also has 50% blockage in his left artery also a sliding hiatus hernia.He is receiving 2 units of blood every 3 weeks that normally makes him feel better but this time around his levels have dropped lower than they were before the transfusion he is having trouble walking and distance getting pains in his chest.Not sure what to do the heart spec said its not from the heart.
