Hi, My Husband Is Experiencing Pain In His Lower Stomach/abdomin

My husband is experiencing pain in his lower stomach/abdomin area. He has not had a solid bowel movement in several days. Has taken 2 laxatives and drank coffee with little success. Just peeing stool out of his rectum. Any suggestion's!
