Hi My Husband Urinated And A Small Blood Clot Came

Hi My husband urinated and a small blood clot came out at the beginning of the stream. He has urinated twice since and it was clear. He currently had a bronchial secretion and is taking mucinex DM. We are currently traveling and will not be home near our primary physicians until next week. Do we need to worry about this now or can it wait until we get home? Thank you. Jo
