Hi. My Husband Was Admitted To Hospital Last Night With

Hi. My husband was admitted to hospital last night with tummy pain, his belly button was swollen and it was really tender tobtouch, even his clothes were agrivating it. It went off while there and they have discharged him with no idea what is it was, well it has started again. Any idea what this could be please.
