Hi, My Issue Is That My Right Hand Middle Finger

Hi, My issue is that my right hand middle finger is swollen it is very very painful. I cannot make a fist because of the pain. My other fingers are not swollen at all. This has been going on since last year. I have not injured my fallen or had any injury to my hand.
