Hi, My Kid Aged 3.8 Yrs Old Persistently Getting Cold,

Hi, My kid aged 3.8 yrs old persistently getting cold, fever and cough.All the tests are normal. Usually She gets fever101-104 , Dr advised Antibiotics with paracetamol. Now doctor has prescribed Romilast 4 mg for 3 month. Despite of that she got fever. Not sure why she is getting frequently fever and cold. Now I want to avoid giving her antibiotics.
Pls advice
