Hi My Left Leg Is Swollen And Has Been For

My left leg is swollen and has been for 5 years now, the swelling would go down but now of late it doesn't i have had a venous Doppler done and i don't have any blockages it just shows lymph nodes with a fatty center according to the report given,i also had a CT scan done which just shows that my left leg is actually bigger than the other and no signs of any up-normality. Its extremely frustrating because Im not on any medication nor do i have a diagnosis of what the actual problem is.
