Hi. My Liver Enzyme Is Testing At 250 Right Now.

Hi. My liver enzyme is testing at 250 right now. I'm not otherwise ill and I had my gall bladder removed 30 years ago. Subsequent to that I had a modified Whipple. Why would liver enzymes be elevated now? The Whipple surgery was done in 1991.
