Hi, My Mother-in-law Had 2 Lumpectomies On Her Right Breast

Hi, My mother-in-law had 2 lumpectomies on her right breast 5 months ago and has had 5 out of 10
doses of chemo. She has noticed changes in the shape of both breasts and the nipples on both sides have become inverted. Should she be concerned? She seems very reluctant to ask questions whilst she is at the hospital which means she stresses at home.
