Hi .. My Mother In Law Is 78 And She

Hi .. My mother in law is 78 and she has lost a lot of weight and started to repeat the same things over and over .. She takes hi blood pressure medication and cholesterol melds too ...She gets confuse or forgets if she ask about something before and when she reads she forgets what she reads in a page and has to star over many times ... Is that a sign of aging or something else?
