Hi My Mother Is 65 Years Old & 1 Week

Hi
My mother is 65 years old & 1 week ago she had a blood and urine test. Every thing was ok except her FBS= 106 mg/dl, BUN =26 mg/dl, Creatinine=1.1 mg/dl. Sometimes( since a few month ago) she feels dizziness and fatigue so in this condition she should eat sth like honey to feel better. Her blood pressure most of the times is around 110/80. She has some problems with her stomach that she can’t eat specially sour food like everyone else otherwise her heart rate goes up so that she cant even sit and her urination increases, this high heart rate lasts for 1h to 12h in different conditions. She uses omeprazol when she feels discomfort with the stomach although the rate of her heart problem comes down but it still exists. What should she do and what is her problem?
