My mother is 68 years old with diabetics and blood pressure. she has recently started complaining about pain in the thumb finger of her feet. there are no marks of injury but the pain is excruciating and is chronic. Can you please provide iinsight as for what is this symptom of her recent blood sugar level was 180 mg/dl
