Hi, My Mother Is Undergoing Treatment For Neurological Problems, She

Hi, My mother is undergoing treatment for neurological problems, she has a history of epilepsy for the last 20 yrs. For the last 1 year or so she is complaining of fever/feverish feeling repeatedly after every 15/20 days. Kindly suggest what could be the reason for this or a line of treatment for this.
