Hi, My name is Alfred Martinez. I'm 60 years old, 165 lbs with high blood pressure that's under medication. For about 4 months the top (outer side) of both thumbs at the large joint get a dull throbbed pain. It comes and goes with use of my hands. I haven't bruised either hand, there's no swelling. Rubbing them helps. Any ideas on what to do. Thanks.
