Hi, My Name Is Arielle And Have Been Feeling Brained

Hi,
My name is Arielle and have been feeling brained after just a short walk. I play soccer and go to the gym usually so I am not out of shape but I was told about a tumor in my stomach, a sist in my sinnes cavity and I have something wrong with my wrist. My wrist has a huge not or something on it and it starting to hurt me really bad. I don't know if this can help figure out what wrong with me. Thank you for reading.
