Hi, My Name Is Ellen Weiser About A Year Age,

Hi, My name is Ellen Weiser
About a year age, I decided to have a breast reduction do to the fact that I have a mild case arthritis in my upper back-between my shoulder blade, I also have some mild bone spurs too.
Anyway, I when to a plastic surgeon in Kalispell, Montana, I am on medicaid and this plastic surgeon did take medicaid, and I told him that I was having some back pain because my breast were way to heavy for my back, so we got a hold of medicaid and they said go ahead, but it would have to be done as an out patient, This plastic surgeon a breast reduction on both my breast on January-9th-2015, but I have developed a lot of extra scaring on both sides of my breast and some underneath and around the nipples, they even had the nerve to my left nipple and I have absolutely no sensation at all.
but my question to you is this, since this plastic surgeon does take medicaid, do you know if medicaid would ok this surgeon to reduce some of the massive scaring on both sides of my breast
