Hi. My name is Janet i am 27 and i am suffering with headaches. I have been to several doctors and not one has given me anything that will help. I have been told its stress and caused by mussel tention. I am getting more concerned as it has been going on for two years now. Sometimes it starts light and progress with time other time its starts as a sharp pain at my temples almost like a megrain. Any idea what i can do to provent it from happening or atleast get it under some control.
