My name is Kevin. I have Type 2. I have been trying to manage my levels and was doing well with A1C kept at around 6.5-7 however the last check up it was at 8 (my fault for reducing exercise, diet constraints etc. Since then I have gotten back on track, exercise, diet etc, but this morning my sugar was 299 up from 242 yesterday afternoon. I have check up this afternoon but was curious what you think. I am kind of new to this.
