Hi, My Name Is Lillian. I Have Been Having Pain

Hi, My name is Lillian. I have been having pain in my right side. Yesterday it switched to the left side and I just noticed I have a rash on my right side going to the middle of my back. The pain has been horrible. The doctor thought it was a strained back, but now with the rash appearing I don't think so.
