Hi! My Name Is Lisa I Was In The Hospital

Hi! My name is Lisa I was in the hospital for 4 days with Paralytis Ileus. I was told no more Tramadol. I use Tramadol for my Ankylosing Spodinitis. I was also on Remicade infusion, I stopped the infusion because it stopped working for me. The only thing that really helps me is the Tramadol and ibropfen. What do I do? And is it true to stop the Tramadol?
