Hi, My Name Is Melanie And I Am 20 Years

Hi,
My name is Melanie and I am 20 years old. Weeks ago, I had 2 panic attacks which resulted in me having an anxiety disorder. During those attacks, I wasn't able to breathe properly, I was hyperventilating and my left arm turned numb like someone inserted anesthesia in my arm. My breathing is fine now but I am still feeling pain in my upper left arm, all the way to the elbow and I feel stiffness in both of my legs sometimes, sometimes I feel weak due to the pain. I feel twitching sensations in my right arm here and there. Usually when I sleep, that is when I feel my left arm hurt more. I feel like as if some nerve/muscle from my left chest, leading to my left arm is always pulling or stretching, causing it to hurt more. My blood tests are normal except for my neutrophil count is a bit high and lymphocyte count is a bit low and xray of my chest came out normal and i do not have any headaches or fevers. My pressure is normal as well. What can be the cause to this problem?
