Hi. My Name Is Minal (Indian) And 31 Years Old.

Hi. My name is Minal (Indian) and 31 years old. From last few days I have swelling on my both legs (ankle to knee). From last 2 days I am experiencing swelling on my hands and on face, below eyes. I went to a Dr. and found that my BP is 130/100. I did all the blood test and they are all normal, only my serum creatinine is 0.7 (range reported was 0.8-1.5). What could be the possible reason for this swelling on whole body? Is it because of hormonal changes?
