Hi My Name Is Paula, I Have Been Having Problems

Hi My name is Paula, I have been having problems with cysts or biles that come out on my vagina and no one here can tell me what this is or what causes this. before they come out my skin get itchy, then the next day there is one there. Very sore to touch, then they turn purple and break. I was thinking where I sweat a lot down below. Can you give me some advise please.
