Hi! My Name Is Rachel And I Am 35 Years

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am 35 years old. In the past 2 months, I've been experiencing pressure and pain under my rib cage, usually on the right side. It seems aggravated when I lie down and travels around to my back. Often, I will wake up in the middle of the night in severe pain which I'm able to somewhat alleviate (through trial and error) with Advil, a heat pad, and Pepto Bismol/Gas-X. I have never had anything like this happen in the past. I had my third C-Section 2 years ago, during which I felt a gas pocket trapped under my rib cage and I seem to have had a harder time with gas since then but nothing like this. I'm only guessing that it is gas related but my mom suggested it may be a problem with the upper digestive track.
Is there something I can do (diet/exercise/over the counter) to help narrow or pin point before seeing my Gen Phys? Does this sound like something I need to be concerned about?
Thank you!
