Hi. My name is Rob. I'm 64 old male and have male boobs but they appear to be bigger than most males. I still get erections but very little sperm if any. Is this a sign that I have more Estrogen in my system than testosterone. To be honest with you I like to have more natural Estrogen than Testosterone. Is this possible.
