Hi, My Name Is Robyn, I Woke Up Yesterday With

Hi, My name is Robyn, I woke up yesterday with severe pain in my left side that radiates to my back. I was vomiting bile, went to the e.r. and my white cell count is high and they sent me for a ct and seen a stone that is present but not obstructing.. Today my pain isn't much better and Im still nauceous. what do you think it could be?
