Hi. My name is Syed . I want to put up a question regarding my 13 years old daughter. For the past 5-6 months she has been losing appetite to eat. Earlier she was having 1 Chapati but gradually it reduced to 1/2 and then to quarter. This alarmed us. She was complaining for stomach ache and we took her to the Peads and got Buscopan prescribed. But this did not help much. Now we noticed that she has lost quite a weight and in 5 months she lost around 14 kgs. We consulted an Internal Medicines specialist and he did all the blood tests like Total Blood counts, LFT, ESR etc and also Stool & Urine tests. All the report were fine. Now he asked for an Abdominal Ultrasound. This was also done and came out normal. After checking all the doctor has prescribed GUPISONE 5 mg (1 + 0 + 1/2) for 30 days and advised further for CT Contrast Test. Please advise
