Hi My Name Is Tonja. I Have Splenic Aneurysms, Several

Hi My name is Tonja. I have splenic aneurysms, several have been removed and the others are clipped .. I have no spleen, gallbladder, I have gastroperisis and have had a complete hysterectomy. My problem besides the obvious is that when I drink or eat anything hot my body will be drenched in sweat. My doctors can't seem to find any answers and i'm miserable. I am a type 2 diabetic with my last count at 6.5 my daily blood checks are all good but A1c is the above. 6.5 ..i'm 55 years of age my last blood work said I was low on Vitamin D and B12 and need shots for a year for the B12 .. I need help...thanks
