Hi, My Name Is Touqeer Ahmad. I'm 23 Years Old

Hi,
My name is Touqeer Ahmad. I'm 23 years old (male) and lives in Pakistan. I am facing a problem related to writing. Whenever I write I always stuck on alphabet 'r' for example if I write word 'introduction', I stuck at 'int', I take a pause of about 2 seconds and write the rest of the words 'roduction'. I am facing this problem for almot 1 year. and whenever I stuck at alphabet 'r' I gets angry. I can't write smoothly.
Please Help!!!
