Hi, My Name Is Ven. I Am 47 Years Old.

Hi,
My name is Ven. I am 47 years old. My last lower tooth was extracted and stitched about 1 year ago. However about a month ago I started to fill something unusual. When I looked in the mirror, I found something white sticks out but it is not sharp but smooth like the top of the tooth. Is it bone or what?
