Hi! My name is Vickie. I suffer from HUGE anxiety, which leaves my muscles in my neck, back and shoulders so sore and painful that I can hardly function. I also am a nanny for 1-year-old twins and a 3-year-old, so there is a lot of lifting involved in my job.
Is there ANYTHING I can do, besides taking meds, to prevent myself from being in constant pain? I have tried chiropractic, but can't afford $30 every week when I need it, I try stretching, but the more I stretch, the more I hurt. Is there any way that I can fix this?
