Hi, My Name Is Faeza I Am 29 Years Old

Hi, My name is faeza i am 29 years old (female). My problem is related to the irregular menstrual cycle since the beginning. Sometime i dont have periods 5,6 months also, and then i have to take the medicine gynacocid (2 tablets together) I have done several courses of 28 days birth control medicines which dr. has recommended to balance the harmones but all is well until i take medicines, have done soo many natural remedies too.

Sometimes periods become regular for 2 to 3 months but sometime it take 2 month sometimes 3.
i have gone through ultrasound twice, and there wasn't any cyst found.

I am now putting up weight very fast.
weighted 40 kgs -- 3 years before
52 kgs 2 years before
and now i m 58+/- kgs

Can you plz help me understand the exact problem.
