Bilateral loin bain , duration for 1 month

Present illness

I have this dull pain from about 1month and its appears by walking or long standing , and it radiated sometimes to scrotum or testis and back ,,and i have a back bain too , the condition associated with spontaneous pain like prickle especial in flexer hand muscles and elbow and toos and culf musle that occurs at rest the condition also associated with diffused abdominal pain especially left hypocondrum , and supra umbilical transversely deep tenderness and decreased bowel habit ، I feel like my anal sphincters are hypertonic because there gas and Faeces didn't pass for a while and decreased defecation that come out with straining and a gaggles heard too that , in self palpation , i felt like the gasses escape from my pressed area ,
I have an ulcer in my mouth and it happens recurrently from weeks to months.
Microfractures were diagnosed in 5 years ago in my both legs that become sever on walking and standing for a while.
