Hi, My Nephew Has Been Staying With Me For 3weeks.

My nephew has been staying with me for 3weeks. Last night he showed me a rash under both his arms. Not the arm pit but around the area where the hair is. The skin was broken and peeling. It looked like a 3rd degree burn he can't lift his arms without being in a lot of pain. He used a new deodorant Thursday. He noticed it Friday evening when it started irritating him of course it was really bad by the time he told me about it. I cleaned it with soap and water, put neosporin on it and wrapped in with gauze. I'm not sure if it is just a allergic reaction or something else. HELP!!!
