My obgyn Doctor put me on Provera And im supposed to take it for 21 days and off for seven. I have been doing that and when I stop taking the medication I don't start bleeding till a couple days later. For ovulation prediction should I count day one of off the medication as day one of my period even though I'm not stared bleeding yet?
