Hi,
My question is, "Do I have early menopause?"
I have recently been diagnosed with Polyglandular autoimmune syndrome I (I was diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism in my early 20's, had frequent yeast infections as a child and in my 20's, have a few spots of vitilgo on my body, and recently was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency). I am concerned that I might be going through early menopause (my doctor said that it is possible, but I lost my insurance and haven't gone back). I am 37 years old, I have had problems with facial hair since I was around 25, but after laser hair removal, it has been growing back a lot in the last year or so. I have also been having pimples more often, and especially little pustules around my chin and mouth. I just was diagnosed with a complex hemhorragic cyst in november, i have been having crazy periods for the last three months, and my fatigue is off the charts. I have also been depressed, had no sex drive, and been having mood swings and i had two "hot flash" type experiences in the last week. My thyroid is fine, as well as my kidneys. My aldosterone levels were normal, but cortisol was low. Here are recent blood test results:
