Hi, My Recent MRI Showed Severe Central Spinal Canal Stenosis

Hi, My recent MRI showed severe central spinal canal stenosis at C5-C6 with narrowing of thecal sac to 4.8mm.

At C4-C5, there is severe bilateral neural foraminal stenosis with thecal sac of 7mm.

I am having frequent tingling and numbness for few seconds and spontaneous resolution about 10 to 20 times every day, sometimes upto 6 times in a hour. Pain is usually tolerable.

SHOULD I GO FOR SURGERY? I am very concerned about tingling and numbness worrying that will it ultimately lead to paralysis of my right arm all of a sudden?
